santo=dorf
Anybody ever gone to a police auction? How about this website http://www.propertyroom.com/ ? (legit?) NSSF72, do you remember any crazy sales on a car or a house?
Gene Honda Civic
This was a hobby of mine in HS. (I also liked to read the classifieds and see if there was anything worth buying from the delinquent storage unit sales) You saw the same people at all of them. Bought my first PC for $75 at one. It was tough to get a good deal like that on anything of value. Though I do remember buying a set of Taylor Made clubs for $50 and reselling them to a friend for $250... I haven't been in 10 years, but I would imagine that everything has moved online to a site like you posted or eBay. knightni
I bought some old Schwinn bikes at a police auction a few times. They find them in the river here; idiots are stealing em and going off boat docks at high speeds. A little paint, some oil, you got 75-100 bucks on a $20 investment. LosMediasBlancas
Don't you have to be a 'member' of some kind of organization in order to attend these things?
knightni
Not that I know of. Some areas may require FOP donation though.
Kid Gleason
I got myself a fine little collection of Drug Pushers, Prostitues, and Serial Killers from a police auction! REAL cheap.
