SoxFan1
QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Sep 11, 2007 -> 09:27 PM) Nicest and most gracious chamipion ever I would have thought, especially when you look at some of the winners in other sports. --- "No. 2, No. 3 -- it doesn't matter much," Federer said. "It's No. 1 that matters. That's how it goes." --- "He had his chances today, many of them," Federer said. "You could sing a song about it." --- "New guys challenging me -- this is my biggest motivation out there," Federer said. "Seeing them challenging me, and then beating them in the finals." Gracious? I don't see a whole lot wrong with that. He's just being honest. Djokovic had chances in the game and didn't take them. And Feds just wants new challenges, new opponents, because he's been beating the same people over and over again. In fact the only thing IMHO he has to do to be the best tennis player of all time is to beat Rafael Nadal at the French. If he can't do that, he's not the best even if he wins more grand slams than anyone else in history.
