longshot7 Posted September 26, 2007 Share Posted September 26, 2007 Townshend's case was different. He actually used a credit card to access child porn websites. Pee Wee's thing was similiar in that it was also about erotic art - I believe he plead to a lesser charge. If this American artist has had numerous shows or exhibitions, and there hasn't been an issue until now - Elton should be in the clear.
