Rowand44
This horrific year we call a season is finally over(fitting that Toby ended it with a k). Yay offseason, lets get this ship righted Kenny.

AngelasDaddy0427
Just as long as Jon Garland is kept and Count shipped off we should be able to contend. There is no way on earth we can find a better or even comparable starter to Jon for the money we will be paying him. Hell Carlos Silva will more then likely get a minimum 14 Mil a year and he couldn't sniff Jon's jockstrap...

fathom
This was the most irritating baseball season ever, and it started with the very first batter of the year. Sadly, the squad is going to look similar next year also. The bad part is that for how annoying the season was, the next few weeks will be infinitely worse. SnB
it's been 3 months since i could trick myself into thinking this team had any sort of chance. That's so depressing.

CWSGuy406
QUOTE(fathom @ Sep 30, 2007 -> 09:35 PM) I really wish this team didn't even focus on competing in 2008, and focus more on competing in 2009-2011, etc. I could live with them telling us they're going to try and compete in 2008 if they do it the right way. And by do it the right way I mean sign Bonds. (Yep, get used to it -- until Bonds signs somewhere I'm going to be like Pratt is to JS and the Braves or Fathom is to the Cubs' 'greatness'.)
