BTW: Here are some concrete acheivements Jimmy Carter did preside over as President: He nominated Paul Volcker, the man before Greenspan that helped tame inflation. He protected 103 million Acres of Alaskan Wildlife. He legalized home brewing beer, and as such is responsible for Microbreweries in the US.
