They looked better last night, but with Ben Wallace's public complaints about playing time last night, this s*** might get out of hand.

Ben Wallace, of the under-the-basket-missed-bunnies fame? Complaining about PT? How about hit a free throw. Or a 1 foot layup. Or get a rebound when it matters, not when your team is already down 10 points.

Im done with that goon. He will soon be known to the rest of the NBA as an expiring contract

Ben Wallace actually showed up. What a freakin game he put on. And kudos to Skiles for basically leaving the starting line-up the whole game. Now when Kobe scores 50 on us later on tonight (but hopefully we win) we will probably hear more rumors..

I should add, as far as I'm concerned I'd give up Deng and Gordon (plus Noah and a draft pick) in a heartbeat for Kobe. Just slide Noc into the starting 3 spot and call it a night. The problem is financially you have to give up half of your squad.

With all that said, I'd find a way to move Gordon or Deng for a young big and call it a deal. This team would be so good with a big that could score and than you give Tyrus and Wallace tons of defensive minutes.

And Boston is no longer undefeated.

Great game, and I thought the Celtics were going to steal in with a few mins left in the 4th. Dwight miseed about 7 in a row at the line at 1 point.

But a win is a win.

Now back to Bulls vs. Lakers talk.

The Bulls got seriously owned tonight. And oh yea... Kirk Hinrich is horrible.

I figure this thread might be a little more inactive this season the way you guys are playing so far. :P

Just seems to me, the Bulls are having trouble scoring, period. They don't have a real go to guy, and it puts pressure on 3 to 4 guys to produce 15-20 points every night, and obviously they're not doing that right now. And obviously that puts more pressure on your defense, and they're not responding right now. The whole Kobe fiasco, and now with Wallace's play, things aren't going swimmingly for the Bulls at all right now.

What was wrong with Hinrich's game tonight Ace?

Other than him not being a true point guard, his bone headed mistakes and consistant turnovers are very horrid to watch (not the TOs he's making is like if he was a rookie in this league not someone whose been in the NBA for 4+ seasons) I'm not gonna even mention him basically missing most of the shots he throws up there. He has some positives going for him but it looks like he's regressing instead of progressing in specific areas and it shows. I seriously hope he picks it up and quickly cause even if he becomes solid, I want to see him part of a package to get Kobe and this is comming from me who hates Duhon worse but at least he is a truer PG and can be serviceable. (and when you have Kobe, you do need to do much scoring just get your assist in/play good defense) The money also plays a part unfortunitely for Kirk but it is a buisness.

Magic move to 10-2, beating the previously 9-2 Hornets in New Orleans. We're 7-0 on the road, that's quite unbelieveable.

Dwight was a monster again, and while we didn't shoot well from the outside we were very good defensively, they didn't have Chris Paul though.

Remember all those people that made fun of the Rashard Lewis signing by Orlando? Yeah, good call guys, he's only the best offseason acquistion this side of Kevin Garnett.

He's definitely overpaid, but him alone has allowed Dwight to take his game to another level. Nelson's stepped up his game, Bogans doing well at SG, I couldn't be more happy with the way things are going with this team at the moment.

Also, a lot of rumors that Isiah Thomas could be canned soon. He kicked out all of his players in practice yesterday, sounds like he's getting desperate.

Sounds like the Lakers just traded Brian Cook and Mo Evans to the Magic for Trevor Ariza.

Interesting trade. Ariza was a revelation in the playoff series against Detroit last year, but never seemed to get much of a chance under Van Gundy.

He's got the potential to be a lock down defensive starting small forward, but he doesn't shoot that well, but he'll crash the boards and provide energy.

Cook's just a soft outside shooter (we already have Pat Garrity for that), while at least Evans can contribute off the bench I suppose.
