Look at what went down when she was Prime Minister. She would have benefited from him being dead waaaaaay more than Bush.

They benefit WAY more from his being dead. Imagine being able to go onto TV and declaring that they got their man. As for needing a villian, there is always someone to take his place, heck how many other Al Qaeda key members are still out there to serve as the boogieman. Trust me, if he was dead, Bush would be the first to tell the press.
