Chris Rongey "So Ryan, what kind of pitcher are you?"

Ryan Bukvich "Well, uh.....Im right handed."

Milwaukee won again 4-1 over Atlanta. They are actually playing pretty good ball right now and are the only team that has played the Cubs well at Wrigley. It would be nice if they could really get in the race, it's just a shame that Gallardo is hurt.

So David Aardsma is throwing 98 mph for the Red Sox tonight. Why was he only throwing 92-93 mph for the White Sox last season?

He started off throwing pretty hard. Then he couldnt throw strikes anymore, and his velocity went down. Maybe he was sacrificing velocity for control?

I didn't know it was trademarked...from roto...

Padres manager Bud Black said Josh Bard is still at least two weeks from returning.

Bard has been out since spraining his ankle during Albert Pujols' Inning of DestructionTM on May 22.

Ya, seriously, what the hell happened to him?

The only thing I can think of is this: He knows that he is a lot like Willie Randolph naturally (aka he's quiet). Randolph's way didn't work there, and Jerry wants to keep the job, so maybe he figures by acting bat s*** crazy, the team will play better and he'll look good?

Fernando Vina is an idiot. His prediction for the rest of the season is that JD Drew is going to lead the league in homers. NO FERNANDO

Maybe there was something in the air that night.
