max power
I am not convinced danks has what it takes to be a guy who can pitch 170 innings in a year, even in the minors, as he has never done it. So I went with floyd. I think these guys are better than most though, and both will have unexpected(by people here at least) years. Important to note how much run support he had in each of these games. Decent rookie season...pitched well enough to have more wins.

Decent rookie season...pitched well enough to have more wins. I am really, really getting tired of seeing this post. Yes, Danks had some run support issues early on in the season. Yes, Juan Uribe dropped a popup that lead to a few more runs. Am I the only one who noticed Danks had a stretch in late June where he had three wins that were all cheap? At tampa; 5 innings, 4 H, 4 ER, 4 BB (W) Next outing at KC he was great, but didn't get a win. Next outing against BAL: 6.1 IP, 5 ER (W) Next outing against Cleveland: 5.2 IP, 5 ER, (W) How many of other pitchers could've benefited from mre run support last year?
