Apparently the flashback was for Jin, and the flashforward was for Sun. Basically just to screw with you.

And Michael was the spy. Booo. Please lets not go back to the "I just want my son back!" dialogue.

Well I've heard places say that the 6 are those 6 that I mentioned (more often than not), but some others are speculating that Aaron may not be part of the 6.

So I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I'm not buying that some of the Jin footage were flash forwards. He "died" in the crash. I really can't imagine that the Lost writers having Jin having a 2nd life after the island. There just is no way he could still be alive, as he was still working for Jin's fathers company in the episode.

The question now is, who is the last one of the Six??

He died in what crash? I don't follow...

Another "hint" in last nights episode. When Jin leaves the 1st Panda in the cab, and has to buy a new one, the store owner tries to sell him a dragon. The owner says "How about this, it's the year of the dragon after all...". The last year of the dragon was in 2000, and the next one is supposed to be in 2012.

Yea, i figured that was some sort of a hint. But I dont keep up with the animal years. So, i just thought maybe it was 2005, 2006 or 2007.

I thought last nights was pretty meh, but it sets up more interesting questions.

Is Jin really dead? Why would they choose the date of the plane crash when we know he was alive months and months afterwards? Was it all a setup? Is Jin still on the island, waiting for Sun to return or for the rest to be rescued?

The Michael reveal was pretty lame. I think for the first time the Lost writers actually dropped the ball by letting people know he'd be back this season. How much cooler would that have been if we had NO idea that he'd return as a character? That would have been the bigest "WHHHAAAAAAA?" in this history of the show.

Also here's another debatable point: does Michael know who Sayid and Desmond are? I couldn't really tell from the 2 second scene he was introduced. Some argue he gave a "look" to tell them to play along, others argue that nothing was there. Personally I think it's debatable, but we'll obviously find out next week. Others have also suggested that "Michael" might actually be Walt all grown up.

But yeah, totally agree with the comment that we better not be getting the "I want me son!" crap again. That got old after 34 episodes.

In Jack's testimony, he said that 8 survived the crash and 6 made it off the island. Maybe he was one of the ones they said died in the crash?

The producers have said in one of their podcasts that the 8 has no significance. Jack was just covering for Kate and threw out a number. Similiar to the newspaper clipping with the guy in the coffin, we're supposed to ignore it.

He is either dead or still on the island.

I believe the 6 are...

Kate

Jack

Hugo

Sayid

Sun

Michael

No significance overall beyond that it is their fabricated story, and if Jin wasn't one of the 8 they claimed survived, then his date of death would be 9-22-2004. That's why they'd choose that date, because as far as the outside world is aware, everyone but the Oceanic Six plus two more died on that day.

Replace Michael with Aaron and you got the complete list. Remember the term "Oceanic 6" is a media creation not a literal description of the people who were on the place and survived. The media will count Aaron and not let that get in the way of a cool tag-line.

Also, I believe Jin is alive and still on the island. I bet he had to make the sacrifice to stay so she could live.

The tombstone is a fake to support the "Oceanic 6" series of lies.

Who else here thinks the final episodes in 2010 will be Jack and company storming the island to rescue everyone left behind?

I think Hurley's behavior was clearly that of someone not too upset about Jin, so I am pretty convinced he and Sun were doing that for the benefit of someone else. Whether it is Sun's father or someone else, I'm not sure, but I didn't think what they were doing was sincere (despite Sun's very moving performance in front of the tombstone).

Hurley got to Sun's place, and says "Is anyone else coming?" She says "No, just you." And Hurley says "Good." There's something to that. Then Hurley says "Well, let's go see him" in a way that just didn't seem respectful enough to go visit a person's tombstone. Especially considering how considerate Hurley is.

As for Michael being on the ship- I thought it was pretty clear that Michael knew exactly who Sayid was...there was eye contact there which suggested they both knew to play along and pretend to not know one another.

I can't remember if Michael ever met Desmond? Who remembers?

I believe they end up back on the island, but for selfish reasons. They want to go "home".

I really hope Jin is still on the island. He's one of my favorite characters even though he's one of the smaller roles. Jin is the biggest badass on the whole island. He could kick some serious ass if he wanted to. They can't kill him off.

Well in the preview they say that Ben tells Alex to evacuate the Barracks as an attack is going to happen. My thinking is it may be a plan by Ben to try and win Alex back, by taking Karl / Rosseau out of the picture, who knows
