Balta1701
QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Feb 7, 2008 -> 04:17 PM) Yeah I can't win either, I'm looking to lose 15 pounds. Hell, I already did the losing weight part, I'm on to the building muscle/keeping fat off part. I'm down 35 or so pounds from 2 years ago, now just trying to hold steady. Rex Kickass
QUOTE(NorthSideSox72 @ Feb 6, 2008 -> 11:55 PM) I'm thinking that losing 48 pounds before Saturday night might be a bit too challenging for me. Amputations would have to be involved. I'm planning on being down to my birthweight by Memorial Day. Gonna be the cutest lung on the beach! FlaSoxxJim
QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Feb 8, 2008 -> 01:38 AM) :headbang If I lose 2 lbs this week I'll be satisfied. Weigh-in at 7 am. A pound?!!? A stinking pound is all I lost this week?!! Grrr. I'm now firmly in the part of the diet where the pounds aren't just dropping off anymore. Depressed now. . . . think I'll have ice cream and alfredo sauce for breakfast. Hope y'all do a lot better than me.

Next week my goal is to be at 195 or below.

Hope y'all do a lot better than me. You jerk! I found your pound Here is my excuse. I was merely eliminating the bad calories from my frige before embarking on the diet. The cheese cake mistake was consumed, along with the "just scoop and eat cheese cake filling" w/o crust. (that saved a few calories). maggsmaggs
I really respect all of you who are doing this. I think it a great way to lose weight having the support from everyone who is also trying to do it as well. Just a suggestion for the people who hate running, just listen to you IPod. All of you love music, so listen to it or a podcast for 20 minutes while you jog. Anyways, good luck to you all and even if you don't hit your goals, at least you have lost some weight and made progress. This things don't happen overnight, so don't get frustrated.
