fathom
QUOTE(whitesoxfan99 @ Dec 8, 2007 -> 07:11 PM) Poor call by the ref there. McClellan just flat out lost the ball. Yes, that was a bad call.

whitesoxfan99
I really don't even care about the results of this season. Play McCamey and the other freshmen as much as possible and get them ready for when Paul, Richmond, and the rest arrive.
Brian
QUOTE(whitesoxfan99 @ Dec 8, 2007 -> 01:26 PM) I really don't even care about the results of this season. Play McCamey and the other freshmen as much as possible and get them ready for when Paul, Richmond, and the rest arrive. Speaking of Richmond, Weber better get him signed to a commitment as soon as he can. He is killing for Waukegan right now, putting in 25-30 a night. He will play against New Trier on Friday which will be a huge test. Rumors that Kansas and Duke have contacted Jereme as well. Weber went and watched him play at Glenbrook South last week. Make sure no other recruiters talk to him. Hard to believe he is only a sophomore.
Brian
Sheesh, Michigan basketball is awful. Thought a few years ago, they would be on the turn around, but yikes.

Richmond is committed, he can't sign a LOI till his SR year. As long as Weber is the coach and Richardson, Paul, and Bertrand are committed he will be as well. All 4 of those guys have committed and have been sold on playing together. Next couple of years will be long but help is on the way and the current freshmen are talented. Since I am still pissed, Frazier has actually played worse this year than ever before. His decision making has somehow gotten worse and still refuses to throw the ball into the post. Maybe he just told the other schools he is not interested, but pretty sure they contacted him. Bandon Paul has been inconsistent for Warren so far this year. He shows signs of dominance. He needs to put on some muscle.

Soxbadger
Um so Seth Davis just said Wisconsin at 6-1 is one of the biggest disapointments this year? I guess they should have beat Duke at Cameron Indoor? Even funnier is many publications didnt have Wisconsin in the NCAA Tourney this year, so they werent expected to be one of the top 64 teams, but were expected to beat Duke on the road. Very interesting analysis.
Buehrle>Wood
Holy hell, never seen a screw-job like that before. Not once, but twice does UofA call a TO when they don't have any(One time the refs even seemed to grant it). And no FTs for Illinois.

whitesoxfan101
Glad I didn't get tickets this year, wow. Chester Frazier is useless, I thought this teams downfall would be Meacham as a 2 guard, but nope, it's Chester Frazier. I guess there is a reason he was a 2 star recruit, ugh I hate the thought of the NIT. Illinois did deserve to lose, but the refs may have won this game for Arizona and here's why: Nic Wise CLEARLY was calling timeout with 2 seconds left and the ref ignored it instead of giving him a deserved technical foul since AZ had no stoppages left, and I assume Meacham could have made 1 out of 2 technical free throws. And a special thanks to Bruce Weber for ruining the basketball program, seeing it with "his recruits" is even worse than I thought. A couple of years and Illini basketball will be back. Forgot to mention that O'Neill tried calling a TO with about 40 seconds left but the refs bailed him out by "fixing" the clock.
