Soxbadger
Indiana is not exactly attacking Purdue the way I would have. Yes they are up, but I think they could have really put Purdue in a bad situation with fouls. And Purdue is just shooting so poorly, its like payback from all of the great shooting games. chimpy2121
Need to learn how to blow a 18 point halftime lead? Watch FSU basketball. It's a 7 point game with 4 minutes to go. It's been as low as 4. I pray to God that we lose this game. Ham would have to be gone? Eh, who am I kidding, TK Wetherell is an idiot. JuiceCruz16
Nice win for IU, too many turnovers but with EJ & DJ they match up with anybody with against anybody. My boy E'twaun shot poorly, as did others but they need E'twaun to knock down a few at least, with Purdue having no real inside threat at all. IU is a tough team to look at they seem to be as tough as anyone in a matchup, but the only two big wins have come this week at home, while dropping one to the other challenge of Wisconsin. The confrence schedule limits their tests on the road, so far only Wisconsin, which they lost, would qualify as a TOUGH road test. Brian
QUOTE(danman31 @ Feb 19, 2008 -> 09:32 PM) Wtf was that Drake? Way to blow it at home to a mediocre team (Bradley). That was embarrassing for them. They have the MVC wrapped up, but the NCAA is looking for any bad loss for Drake to lower their seed in the tourney, I'm betting. That was embarrassing for them. Well Drake is only playing for seeding at this point. So ya, that hurts but it doesn't kill them. Also, Bradley is 14 and 7(and one of those losses he only played 12 minutes cause he was hurt) when their best player is in the lineup, so they're not fantastic but they're better than mediocre. whitesoxfan99
Brian Carlwell has left Illinois' basketball team and will seek a transfer. Really too bad what has happened to him. He had a ton of potential coming out of HS but between the accident and the injuries this year he has actually regressed. I hope he does well somewhere else. Jenksismyhero
some blame goes his way. they've been trying to redshirt him for two years and he kept refusing. Bruce has essentially told him you're not playing, so... Edit: And what sucks is that Odon used to say that Carlwell was the most difficult player to go up against. That's how much potential he had. I really think all three schools from Illinois will be the teams to beat in the tournament. I think the potential ISU/SIU game in the semis, could be the best game in the tourney. I really think SIU/ISU will win the MVC tourney.
