Reinsdorf, Mariotti, Kenny and Ozzie are caught at a brothel in Northwest Indiana, "sowing their wild oats."

Juan Uribe eats O-Cab to "get his job back."

Alexei Ramirez is sent to AAA but doesn't report and "refects" to Cuba.

AJ becomes the next Sean Casey.

Owens runs around the bases 3 times during one Konerko hr trot.

Steve Lyons drops his pants again...but this time in Nancy Faust's organ hole.

Sox win World Series...of Poker.

Richar: .783 OPS

Owens: .652 OPS, has the fewest XBH of any AL OF with >300 ABs, plays WAY too much because of his 1.) hustle 2.) speed 3.) bad jumps combined with excellent closing speed lead to more than a few unnecessary diving catches which tricks people into thinking his defense in center is better than it actually is (reality: average at best) + his puss arm upsets many

Dotel: 161 ERA+ 70+ IP

Pierzynski: Defense becomes a serious liability

Konerko: Hits his first triple since the 2000 season

Dony Lucy: Impresses at the catcher position during a Toby Hall DL stint

Jenks: Spends some time on the DL

Havy Vazquez: Jas jimself an All Star caliber first jalf

Fields: Breaks the single season strikeout record (199 by Ryan Howard)

Ozzie: Spends 4 games in the press box

Thome, Dye, Konerko and one of Fields/Swisher: Hit 35+ HR each

Buehrle: K's 150+

Josh Fields -- 30+ Homers

Crede -- Traded to a team in California

Floyd and Danks -- both over 13 wins

BearSox will lose the bet that Oakland will have a better record then the Sox(i think its out of their sig too)

Uribe favored to win 2B battle sucks so much; Richar Wins it/Uribe gets traded to O's

Sox go 89-73, but still finish in 3rd.

Danks doesn't make the team out of ST, pulling a complete 180 from last March,(i.e too many BBs) and Masset takes his spot in the rotation, and doesn't give it up (has a start to the season like Danks last year, pitches well but gets screwed by the offense and bullpen- he goes 9-13 on the season with a 4.4-4.6 ERA, but the stuff that KW talked about when he picked him up is there).

Floyd goes 13-11, 4.25 ERA 170 K

Vazquez has the best season of his career.

Contreras continues to be an automatic loss( he only wins two or three games) causing them to dump his salary by July 1st.(someone takes a flier on him)

Danks comes back to the big club and has a decent,( 6 wins;4.4-4.6 ERA) but losing second half.

Jose's suckitude is the sole reason the Sox don't make the playoffs.

Buehrle finally wins 20, but doesn't get any Cy Young consideration because he only has 150-160 K.

The bullpen is highly bi-polar, being lights out of the gates and down the stretch, but 2007-esque in June and July.

Thome spends as much time on the DL as he did in 2005, and after a season ending injury, he retires, pushing Dye to DH.

Swisher has the best offensive season, hitting .275 with 35-40 HR and 100-120 RBI. He hits 3rd while Thome is injured.

Richar is batting Leadoff by August.

Danks track record (minors and all) show he'll have a bounceback season (11-13 wins, 4.05-4.15 era) and shock others

Whitesox will draft Christian Friedrich (ST brass goes who? as usual with our picks) I will be insanely pissed (If Melville is still there, we will shock the world, and there will be lots of happy fans except the ones who wanted Smoak or Hosmer, if still there)

Gavin will be sub-par (10-12 wins, 4.70+-4.95 era)

Quentin (if they play him enough) will have a monster season (.294-26-98-.878)

Broadway (who will have a good spring) will spot start and take over late in the season (Count DL)

Richar.. average/above avg. year (.250-.265 15hrs 60-63 rbis .768-.778 ops)

Swisher's average will go up like it has every year since he's been in a full season (.275-.282)

Fields cuts his K's and BB's more

Javy will have a down year.. for his standards (12-14 wins 3.90-4.25 era)

Buehrle will make some kind of history.

Pierzynski has an awful/below average year batting avg. wise (power/rbis still there 10-13 hrs 35-45 rbis) (Lucy is ugh/eh.. at aaa)

Dye/Kong decline HR wise.

BOONE has a good season

Ehren wins the final BP spot (KW eats crow, trades Masset)

Got some others, but I'll stop. :D

-Aaron Poreda gets injured a month into his season at Kannapolis and is out until '09. Soxtalk members discuss his lack of "7" in his motion as Bureau described and quickly realize our '08 pick has the same problem.

-2 or more of the current White Sox admit to or are caught for current or past PED.

-Our offense is great despite a Jim Thome season ending injury, but our pitching is not good enough to get us in the playoffs. Konerko bounces back, Swisher becomes frustrating but great, and Pablo Ozuna does nothing to impress anyone. 85-86 wins.

AJ becomes the next Sean Casey.

Becomes the mayor of Chicago and is considered by many to be one of the nicest in baseball? I dig it.

Jay Marrioti calls Ozzie a F***tard when the sox start 5-15, but after that the sox go on the longest winning streak ever, and while on espn during a manager interview against the cubs, ozzie yells something back at him. Then Vincente Padilla hits AJ and Ozzie calls up charlie Haeger to hit hank blalock and then he gets tossed

White Sox 2008 World Champions.

I'm going into the season expecting to win it all and I'm not kidding. If the backend of the rotation holds up, the Sox have just as good a chance as anyone. I'm sick of the stupid doom and gloom predictions for this season. This is baseball...anything can happen between the lines. Some choose to believe that "anything" is bad and some, like me, choose to believe that "anything" ends up with me going broke from buying a s***load of memorabilia.

ill say .305 36 HR .370 obp .575 slg
