Felix
Unless we beat Indiana and Illinois this week, both on the road, and then pull off an upset against MSU in the BTT, we're out. And if the Big Ten has 6 teams in the tournament (such as the post before mine suggests), something is seriously wrong. I forgot about Wisconsin for some reason so i didnt realize i was giving them 6. I do believe after their win last night that Ohio State should get in however. That is the only tournament team they have beaten all year though. Florida & Syracuse are bubble teams theirself and might make the dance. Ohio State still has work to do in my opinion, . I think they will miss the dance. Minnesota has zero chance unless they win the big 11 tournament.

Felix
QUOTE(ChiSox_Sonix @ Mar 5, 2008 -> 09:23 AM) I do believe after their win last night that Ohio State should get in however. One win doesn't make a season, and doesn't make Ohio State worthy of getting in. Lets see them make some noise in the BTT, then I'll consider them more realistically. But winning 1 of 6 (depending on the MSU game) down the stretch isn't nearly enough to convince me that they're a tournament bound team, even if that one game was against Purdue. QUOTE(JuiceCruz16 @ Mar 5, 2008 -> 09:51 AM) Minnesota has zero chance unless they win the big 11 tournament. I don't get your logic here, but imagine a scenario where they beat Indiana and Illinois this week, then beat Michigan State in the first round of the BTT. In that dream world, I'd say the Gophers would get in, especially with how much the tournament selection committee loves teams ending strong. Here's a blog post that looks at this same scenario. gbuk
Wait, wait, wait...Minnesota in the tournament? They are nowhere NEAR the bubble. That has to be a joke. Mississippi in? Yet both Arkansas and Kentucky out? BTW someone want to give me a legit reason why Florida is in over Kentucky? Really just comparing because they're both in the SEC, but honestly Florida shouldn't even be in the talks. Their resume is pathetic. ChiSox_Sonix
St. Joe's with a huge win last night. If they can make the final of the A-10 tourney they definitely have an argument.
