jackie hayes
I think you used to be able to stream just the podium feed, but I can't find that option. Anyone know if that's available anywhere? I'd rather ditch the talking heads and just know what the actual picks are.
shipps
QUOTE (jackie hayes @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 09:45 AM) No, no, I agree, the most important thing is the school. That's why Sam Baker is obviously the pick over Williams and Albert. Hell, even Rachal would've been better than those pieces of garbage. Jerry Angelo is such a joke. If I cared enough I would argue, but I dont.
jackie hayes
Houston jumps up to take Slaton. We're up. Edit: ...and NFL network goes to commercial. Assholes... Edited April 27, 2008 by jackie hayes
jackie hayes
Marcus Harrison, dt, Arkansas.
Kyyle23
Harrison is a big boy(6'2" 317lbs), thats a pick I would see fitting Jaurons 4-3 scheme, but not so much the cover 2.
jackie hayes
QUOTE (kyyle23 @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 10:19 AM) Harrison is a big boy(6'2" 317lbs), thats a pick I would see fitting Jaurons 4-3 scheme, but not so much the cover 2. Maybe they're switching back to Jauron's scheme. You need two gigantic dts, and now they have Harrison and Brandon Lloyd. They're all set. I hear they are moving Hester to ILB to maximize his speed
Soxbadger
Wonder why people are staying away from Caldwell. Anyways I would have rather waited till the 4th and tried to get a guy like Hubbard or Monk as a big wr.

jackie hayes
The Bears traded out of their 4th round selection, 110 overall. Dolphins get it, still not sure what the Bears got back.
WHarris1
QUOTE (jackie hayes @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 10:20 AM) The Bears traded out of their 4th round selection, 110 overall. jackie hayes
QUOTE (WHarris1 @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 12:22 PM) 4th round pick 115, and a 7th rounder SI blows, they still have the 115th belonging to Philly. I'm looking down the 4th and seeing no Dolphins picks, so I figure we've traded out entirely. Okay, that's a fine trade. Edit: Okay, they just fixed it. jackie hayes
We traded down again? Yes, yes we did. Pick goes to the Bucs. Edited April 27, 2008 by jackie hayes
Kyyle23
Did the Bears trade again? ESPN tracker had them down to 50 seconds then it changed to Tampa Bay
jackie hayes
Bucs are at 120 (so sez SI -- not very dependable, but it's what I've got). So presumably...
jackie hayes
Trib: After trading down with the Dolphins in the fourth round, the Bears traded again, this time moving from 115 to 120 after trading with the Tampa Bucaneers for the Bucs. In return the Bears receive Tampa's fifth-round pick (158) while the Bears also shipped their sixth-round pick to the Bucs, the 175th pick. http://blogs.chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/huddleup/

EvilJester99
Round 4, Pick 21 (120) (From Buccaneers) Craig Steltz S 6'1" 210 LSU Pick Analysis:Stelz is a tough guy who is a sure tackler and comes up in run support. He made 20 starts at LSU and has a lot of experience at a top college program. Stelz was unable to workout at the combine due to injury, but performed well at his pro day. He's a high-character guy. Some may say Stelz is reminiscent of the old Chicago Bears safeties like Gary Fencik.
