lostfan
I've been wondering this for a while. My logins are long enough for individual visits to Soxtalk but whenever I close the browser window (Firefox, I can't recall if it does it on IE too) I come back a few hours later and I have to log back in. No other message board does that, I usually stay logged in indefinitely or until I log out or clear my cookies. Does anybody know why? Is it something in my settings? knightni
Your internet security settings are too high to allow the cookie that the site sends to remember you by.
lostfan
Aha, that makes sense. I looked in the options and it said keep cookies until they expire which looks like the most lenient setting. Where should I be looking?
knightni
I don't have Firefox, so I'll see who does.

Palehosefan
You can add http://www.soxtalk.com/forums to your allow list under cookies. Just go to the privacy tab under Tools-Options, then the cookies section of the privacy tab and click on "Exceptions", and then type in the address and click allow. Hopefully that will help.
