I wonder who owns the better record through the 107 years?

According to the official Game Notes:

"The White Sox trail in the all-time series, 967-984, but are 90-54 since 2000 ... they are 77-50 all-time at U.S. Cellular Field and 44-28 at Comerica Park (19-9 since 2005)"

the TIGGER fans are going to be booing A LOT this season...Bwahahahahahaha!

I was gonna say the same thing....the expectations after the Cab trade were ridiculous....with no bull pen and very iffy starting pitching they are gonna be screwed all year .... :headbang

wHAT do we do with Quentin when Owens comes back?

Hopefully Carlos plays well enough that it's not even a question, and the only question winds up being who do we trade to open up another OF spot or two next year.

i know it's early, and cold, but the tigers bullpen does not look good

edit: wild pitch, both runners advance, man. lol

that was the major concern coming into the season, they were a trendy pick for the pennant then some took a step back and realized their bullpen wasn't very good

I'll disagree with you there. I think Jeter is a hell of a player. :P

He is a Hall of Fame hitter but he is probably the most overrated defender I've ever seen (although he isn't bad). He makes all these flashy plays that make it to ESPN but the truth is he has limited range, and they are plays that a better defensive SS makes routinely.

You even trying to compare Uribe to Jeter in *any* way = FAIL.

Uribe's defense > Jeter's defense

Uribe's arm >>>>> Jeter's arm

I just compared them without failing.

Jeter is possibly the most overrated defensive player of the past 20 years.
