I don't like it but I'll give him a chance. Isn't he supposed to be a hot-shot recruiter? I guess there may be some disappointment that he's not new blood, but he could still be a good hire. There's a greater chance he turns out to be a great hire than there would have been with someone with head coaching experience that has proven to be mediocre.
