saw a list of the Top 500 HR Hitters of All-Time, based upon # of HR's. What a difference the steriod era, worse pitchers, weight training programs, smaller ballparks and juiced baseballs make.

and he was sandwiched between great hitters the majority of his career, meaning more fast ball opportunities.

 

Thomas,Konerko,Lee,Maggs were just some of those great hitters he played with.

But Jose is an all-time great. Perhaps greater than Yount and Goslin.
