Are you f***ing kidding me? That better be green.

Other than Cabrera perhaps, no it wasn't meant to be green. Hawk mentioned something very similar last year during a broadcast which was much more generalizing than what I said, he went as far to say that about most latin players. I just think Ozzie and Uribe, and to a point Pablo, are idiots

Ozzie is well known around baseball to have a great baseball IQ, in fact it was basically the only reason he played baseball for so long with inferior physical skills.

I can't think of a single latin player or manager on this team that has an above average baseball IQ.

Did the Sox trade Cabrera and Quentin immediately after the game or did I miss something?

I blame the f***ing Twins announcers on my MLB extra innings package! They literally said the phrase "no hitter" every 2 seconds!

I still found it refreshing being able to listen to them instead of Hawk and BJ.....

Agreed.

The fact that people will still find something to b**** about is beyond me.

AND THIS BALLGAME IS OVAH!!!!!!!!

Next thing to b**** about it that latin players on this team have low baseball IQ.

If they read some of your posts, they might say the same about you.

You dont change the defense during a no-no IMO, dont change the mojo.

If one wants to insure the best possible defense for a no-hitter, BA over Swisher isn't even a close call or disrupts the phantom "jinx" at all. Ozzie got booed when he came out to pull Gavin and deservedly so. He didn't do his best to help out Floyd.

Yeah they were trying hard to jinx it. But the ESPN bonus coverage had it plastered all over the screen. But they do that for everybody's no-nos, I remember them doing it for Wang last year.

And they also called Floyd "Gavan Smith" after the last out, so there ya go. :lolhitting

Good point . I mean a players manager puts the best defense out there in the last inning of a no hitter.

I knew somebody was gonna mention that. Can't switch the lineup in a no-no. That's a baseball no-no as somebody else pointed out.
