lostfan
Just saw this breaking news on CNN.com. Not much information yet besides what's posted in the thread title. It's not exactly going to change anything, some other shady figure will just step in his place and business as usual will resume for AQ. But it's good to know we're still on top of things and still capable of dealing some pretty heavy blows even though we've made some pretty bad strategic decisions. edit: link available now, article probably going to be updated again Edited May 8, 2008 by lostfan

Balta1701
QUOTE (lostfan @ May 9, 2008 -> 04:08 AM) Or not. ROFL. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080509/ap_on_re_mi_ea/iraq This ought to be somewhat fun, watching how many times he's reported captured or killed. I'm still a big fan of how one of the given reasons for the war was that Zarqawi was treated in a Baghdad hospital for losing a leg in the fighting in Afghanistan, where he had gone to train with Al Qaeda. He then kept showing up with 2 legs.
