Well assuming there are no large incentives in the deal (which I refuse to believe) it's actually closer to $44M over 6 years. He wasn't going to make much more than $1M in '08 and '09 combined since he's still pre-arb, so it's closer to $7.33M a year over 6 years which is still a HUGE discount but looks a bit better than $5.625M per. I see. How much is Crede looking for, like 10 to 12 million per? If Braun is worth 7 MIL per, then Crede might be worth like 250K if he's lucky.
