BearSox
This could possibly be Kershaw's last minor league game of his career. Word is that the Dodgers are planning on calling him up soon... and if he lives up to the hype, there is no reason for him to not be on the major league roster. scenario
Levi Maxwell getting his first start at W-S after his recent promotion. Should be interesting to see how he does.
BearSox
QUOTE (Heads22 @ May 17, 2008 -> 02:01 PM) Well then let's just hope Justin can outduel him. The fact that Justin's brother is the backup QB for the Patriots makes him a better prospect than Kershaw. JPN366
I think the clock is ticking on Tomo Ohka. 0-6 already and he gave up 6 runs today.
ChiliIrishHammock24
Rookie question, but what does GO/AO mean? I figured GO was groundout, but what is AO, Airout? If so, why wouldn't it be GO/FO?
scenario
QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ May 17, 2008 -> 06:49 PM) Rookie question, but what does GO/AO mean? I figured GO was groundout, but what is AO, Airout? If so, why wouldn't it be GO/FO? It is the ratio of groundouts to flyouts. Don't know why they use 'A' instead of 'F'.

whitesoxfan101
Cook has to be called up to Charlotte soon at this rate, it's just men against boys for him at Birmingham. Good to see Poreda continue to throw well.
joejoedairy
they say airouts because it counts flyballs and linedrives. More groundouts is better cuz if the balls on teh ground its not a homer

BearSox
I bet the Barons hit Kershaw better than we would if we face him come our series w/ the Dodgers.
