witesoxfan
Carlos Quentin owns your soul. Probably Paul Byrd's too, though I can't be sure about it without asking him. (I quietly hope that this is the game where Thome absolutely explodes)

ChiliIrishHammock24
Alexei has been improving, that's for sure. At least with him in the lineup, there is SOME speed. He also has a pretty good cannon at 2B. Not Uribe status, but he surely has a nice arm. His average is actually right in line with all the other slumpers. JohnCangelosi
QUOTE (Wanne @ May 21, 2008 -> 05:01 PM) Hope the plate patience is there tonight with a whole bunch of those sweeping curves on the horizon. Go. The. Other. Way. Agreed. I can't stand it when I see him throwing that junk up there and we cannot light him up. I have a feeling, despite his success against us in the Cell, that we're going to tee him up tonight...including another bomb from CQ

BearSox
QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ May 21, 2008 -> 01:37 PM) Alexei has been improving, that's for sure. At least with him in the lineup, there is SOME speed. He also has a pretty good cannon at 2B. Not Uribe status, but he surely has a nice arm. His average is actually right in line with all the other slumpers. Alexei's arm is better than Uribe's... however, Uribe, to go along with the fact he does have a strong arm himself, has as quick of a release as anyone, which makes it seem like his arm is stronger than it actually is.
