mr_genius
QUOTE (fathom @ May 30, 2008 -> 06:39 PM) Same call Contreras got against Pena. i didn't see that pitch (just started watching the game). but i fully support bad calls that go in the White Sox favor. Capn12
Nick Swisher ,hands down, is the biggest rally killer in the Sox lineup....at least Thome accidentally runs into one every now and then... What a colossal disappointment..
fathom
Swisher is now 5-35 with RISP and has one extra base hit in those at bats.
Wanne
At what point is Ozzie gonna sit him for a bit and give BA some ABs? He is such a buzzkill everytime he comes up.

He is such a buzzkill everytime he comes up. That will never, ever happen. Swisher could be batting .100, and he'd still be higher than BA on the depth chart. He is such a buzzkill everytime he comes up. I definitely think Ozzie needs to start splitting time between those two. And if BA starts hitting, Swish will just have to be a bench player. Wanne
QUOTE (fathom @ May 30, 2008 -> 05:45 PM) Swisher could be batting .100, Which he might be in a few weeks...
fathom
Does it seem to anyone else that Swisher is way too far off the plate? He's having a terrible time trying to turn on the pitch, so even when he makes good contact, he's just lofting it out to left. When he does try to pull the pitch, he ends up rolling over on it.
