NorthSideSox72
Here is the thread for the last primary and caucus contests of the race (if its still a race). Montana is a 16 delegate primary, South Dakota is a 15 delegate caucus. Obama is considered a heavy favorite in both states, though I cannot find any polls for either one. Once these 2 races are over, now that we have a FL/MI decision, the picture will be as complete as it can be, minus the remaining supers. Discuss. It ain't over until the cluelessly foundering lady sings. And I just don't know when she'll do that.
Heads22
TPM has a poll giving Hilldog something like a 22 point lead in SD.
NorthSideSox72
QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jun 2, 2008 -> 02:03 PM) TPM has a poll giving Hilldog something like a 22 point lead in SD. Wow, I have to say, that's a bit of a surprise. Has she been campaigning there? I think its in Obama's best interest to get out there and make sure he doesn't get pummelled. Its the last contests, and he needs to look strong.
Heads22
ARG Hilldog 60, Obama
NorthSideSox72
OK, I see that now, and ARG also shows Obama with a small lead (4 points) in MT. Bear in mind this is ARG we are talking about here - many sites have stopped even including ARG in polls and averages because of their notorious Clinton connections. Still, even if that gives a few points, that does make it seem like Hillary has a lead in SD of some kind.

HuskyCaucasian
Also, Obama has largely ignored MT and SD compared to Clinton/Clinton. He's busy trying to win the general election... the only election of importance since IN/NC.
KipWellsFan
QUOTE (Athomeboy_2000 @ Jun 2, 2008 -> 02:24 PM) Probably because she made a "unscheduled" stop to Mount Rushmore. Obama made a surprise trip there too. Clinton just got back from Puerto Rico, so I hardly believe she's spent much more time than Obama has in Montana and South Dakota. If South Dakota goes for Clinton I may have to rethink my travel plans there this summer. Edited June 2, 2008 by KipWellsFan
