This game may tell us a lot about our team.

Unless it gets rained out ...

It's at home against a guy who has been outstanding this year in Greinke.

The way we've folded against most "good" pitchers indicates we will have a s***

offensive game.

After the Oz/KW flap, will we concentrate and smash the baseball?

Or will Greinke pitch a 2 hitter?

I hate to be negative nancy so I won't be.

Royals 4, Sox 1

Zack dominates like so many others have against our team this year

We get 4 hits.

Guillen hits two bombs for Royals.

Any word on the big changes??

Swisher is going to wear his jock strap on the outside of his pants in a further attempt to slumpbust .

Just heard this line-up on ESPN 1000:

Cabrera SS

AJP C

CQ LF

Konerko 1B

Thome DH

Dye RF

Swisher CF

Crede 3B

Ramirez 2B

Doesn't look like many changes, except somehow Konerko and Thome moved up in the line-up!

Maybe Ozzie has Konerko and Swisher batting left handed???

I'm not really sure what I was looking for, but this certainly isn't it.

This changes if someone can call this a change are better than having Ozzie Guillen comeback as a player.

Ha,ha,ha.

What a joke!

I wonder why this team has not insubordinated against Guillen yet. Actually, my boy Alexei did that the other day when he did not bunt the ball. Maybe, this is what they have to do against a guy that likes to run his mouth often.

Guillen has no plan b. He should shut up.

This is why you can't erupt like Ozzie did. Buster Olney had a great column about it yesterday if you get ESPN Insider.

it's really too bad that he's getting hammered for blowing his cool. He's pissed off that these guys aren't hitting. Guess what? So are the rest of us. I for one like him throwing the hitters under the bus, and Kenny too. Ozzie pales in comparison to the s*** earl weaver got away with.

You don't talk about making changes...and then do nothing. That makes this type of rant worthless.

The good news is that Brian Anderson has been appropriately punished for daring to get a hit or two on Sunday.

I have no problem with that tonight....Anderson would likely have no prayer against Greinke.

How many times will I think he may get a shot to only have to see Konerko and Swisher trot out there. Now he can sit on the bench all week, go 0-4 next Sunday and we will get to hear how he can not hit.

I really thought the move was going to be that Anderson will start over Swisher, oh well.

I figured the rant was worthless - just blowing off steam.

I'm with you. But Ozzie has to realize what the media is like these days. ESPN is making it to be a huge deal. Sneeze without covering his mouth and the media will spin it into a negative.

Hell then, if you're not going to play Anderson today, take Alexei and put him in CF and stick Uribe at 2nd. Uribe's actually 5/16 with a homer and a .915 OPS against Greinke in his career. (Swisher is 2/5 with 2 k's). Or play swisher and sit Konerko and his 3/28 career against Greinke. Or hell, at least do SOMETHING different.
