NorthSideSox72
How a starter with a 6.65 ERA has a .500 record is beyond me. Time for his luck to run out. MB's been solid in 5 of his last 6 starts, and he has a 2.05 ERA in three starts in June. He should keep rolling against PIT. Game Preview *clears throat* GO YOU WHITE SOX!!! BearSox
For those of you who don't know, Tom Gorzelanny is from the Chicago area and is from Evergreen Park. He attended Marist High School on the southside and was drafted by the White Sox out of high school, but did not sign and went to college. However, from what I have heard from people who knew him, he was an A-Hole... lets kick his ass!
chw42
Gorzalanny walks a lot of guys. Hopefully, he doesn't have his control tonight and we can clobber him like we did with Snell. What I'm worried about is that he has a pretty good change-up and a nice slider. Those guys have given the Sox trouble forever. And oh yeah, he's a lefty. There's plenty to watchout for tonight. watchtower41
After the 16 run outburst last night... just don't get shut-out. That would be too predictable.

bjm676
LH starter + lots of changeups = fits for the lineup. Hopefully, last night was no fluke.
chw42
QUOTE (robinventura23 @ Jun 18, 2008 -> 10:40 AM) LH starter + lots of changeups = fits for the lineup. Hopefully, last night was no fluke. I was worried about the same thing going into last week's game against Livan Hernandez. However, Livan throws with his right hand and the Sox had already seen him for an entire game before. So I don't know. Hopefully, we can continue the offensive explosion.
TCQ
If we dont continue the ongoing train that is being run on gorzelanny i will be pissed. I think he has the highest era of any starter in the league.

iamshack
By the way, anyone catch the Hawkeroo let out the "WOW" last night when they showed that young lady with augmented breasts? I damn near fell off my chair...
chw42
QUOTE (iamshack @ Jun 18, 2008 -> 12:27 PM) By the way, anyone catch the Hawkeroo let out the "WOW" last night when they showed that young lady with augmented breasts? I damn near fell off my chair... Hawk is lulz. When Thome hit the homer he just went, "that ball is hit so hard, you can put it on the board, yes". He barely had time to say anything before his home run call.
Harry Chappas
I like Jim Thome but I think his Hawk nickname should be the Garbage Man.
