chw42
I personally voted for Buehrle. Danks or Dye would be great choices too. Edited June 26, 2008 by chw42
ChiliIrishHammock24
voted for Johnny. Hopefully a little goodluck for his all-star bid. He better make the allstar game since pitchers are the only positions in the ASG that mean something.
Brian
I'm a Danksaholic.
ChiliIrishHammock24
In June, Alexei is hitting about .350 with 16 RBI. That's damn good production from your #8 hitter.
chw42
QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Jun 26, 2008 -> 06:04 PM) In June, Alexei is hitting about .350 with 16 RBI. That's damn good production from your #8 hitter. Once he develops some patience and plate discipline, I think he would be a premium leadoff man. ChiliIrishHammock24
QUOTE (chw42 @ Jun 26, 2008 -> 06:05 PM) Once he develops some patience and plate discipline, I think he would be a premium leadoff man. He suprisingly only has 7 K's this month. That's pretty damn good. I guess it's hard to strikeout when you only see 2 pitches in an at-bat. lol. I just wished he walked more. With that .350 avg, his OBP is only .380. He needs to take more balls, but I guess if he is only seeing 15 pitches a game, but getting 2 hits, thats alright. ChiliIrishHammock24
I wouldn't mind a Danks/Buehrle split. Here are their June numbers.... Danks: 2.12 ERA Buehrle: 2.10 ERA Sick.
