The Critic
QUOTE (kyyle23 @ Jun 27, 2008 -> 03:30 PM) every time Jim Edmonds does bad, he is injured. Every time he does good, he is completely fine. It did look like Edmonds' bat clipped him on the heel on the follow-through of his swing.

sweatpants
QUOTE (kyyle23 @ Jun 27, 2008 -> 02:30 PM) every time Jim Edmonds does bad, he is injured. Every time he does good, he is completely fine. It's called the "loser's limp", kinda like when a cb gets burned for a long touchdown and starts grabbing his hammy afterwards. I don't think it applies to Edmonds in this case, he's been pretty damn good in a Cubs uniform.

The guy is known for it. In the last Wrigley disaster, he hit a weak ground ball that went barely foul before his homerun. He was limping around, and people were talking about his injured calf, then he hits a homerun and bam, he is fine.
