bjm676
I've been voting all day at work. I've have the window open down in my task bar. Jermaine will get there thanks to the power of Soxtalk!!
rangercal
Wow. I am pretty surprised NY does not have Giambi walking away with this. There is a chance.
chisoxdavid
what are the numbers? I just got an email saying that Dye is in second.
whitesoxbrian
Yes sir, whitesox.com says Dye is in the 2nd. I bet Jose Guillen will be loving KC even more when he finishes last.
chisoxdavid
Hopefully the Red Sox fans come in and help, I doubt that they want Longoria in there.
kev211
This is interesting.... This is on the White Sox site... This is on the Giants site... Looking at the other team's sites of the final votes this is the only "partnership." In fact the Brewers, Astros, White Sox, and Giants are the only team that have vote for their player in the banner.

Hanky Panky
Everyone needs to keep voting b/c according to MLB.com, Longoria currently leads Dye by a slim margin.
vandy125
I'm just keeping the window open, and whenever I have a bit of a break, I'm throwing some votes in. http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/events/all_star/y2008/fv/ballot.html

If you forget it once, you should just leave em in there going forward. They got your email address at that point and will send you stuff (which you can opt out of the emails later). Reddy
QUOTE (Markbilliards @ Jul 6, 2008 -> 07:49 PM) I strongly disagree with all of you. Dye has been very good for us this year, but he does not deserve to get voted in over Longoria. The all star game is made so worthless by all the fan voting. Because the players who are more well liked (usually due to what team they're on) are the ones who become all stars, not the ones who deserve it per their performance on the year. Vote Longoria. If you vote a player in just because he plays for your team than you are just as bad as all those people who voted for the Boston/Yankee players like crazy. The all star game should be a matter of performance, not popularity. Now some could make an argument that Dye is more deserving than Longoria, if you really feel that way than vote for him. But considering that Evan started the year after Dye, and has played GG caliber defense, you gotta put him in there over JD. i want you dead. /green. sort of. justBLAZE
I've been voting for JD non-stop for the past two days, if he doesn't get in voting is clearly rigged.
