I remember my house receivng robo-calls about Obama's non-birth certificate and the local Republican office (my parents are registered R's) calling to tell my family that Obama was a socialist Muslim non-citizen. That's not even an exaggeration. Because Mitt is a Mormon, the religion stuff has stayed out of this election. The non-citizen stuff is old as is the socialist stuff so there isn't as much sensationalizing to do about Obama personally. Mitt has been painted as rich. Woo.
