rokimar
Who scare you more? Twins? Tigers? They playing today who you going to chear for?
maggsmaggs
Tigers scare me more, so I will take a split of the series. But I would not to see a sweep anyway, that would be bad and give a team a lot of momentum heading into the break. hopefully, they each win two playing ugly baseball. Kyyle23
I choose death. Honestly, a split is what we want. With the Sox winning every game until the break
Greg Hibbard
a split of the series with the tigs winning the first two would be just about perfect.
flavum
If the Sox win the next four, I'd like to see the Twins win 3 of 4. Yes, the Tigers still scare me more.
TCQ
Im hoping the tigers win all of them, momentum is all but negated over that long of a period of not playing. For example the rockies in last years playoffs. Or if you want to look at it in a cliche way momentum is only as good as your next starting pitching where the tigers are hurtin for certain, along wiht thier bullpen. So...go tigers for this next series
watchtower41
trick question... the team that scares me the most is the white sox. We have a weird kooky bunch this year, and where chemistry is not a problem right now, it is most important this team stays loose and continues to have fun with playing every day. This team's alter-ego will beat itself, and weve seen it first hand on many occasions early on in the season. I cannot stress enough how important it is for this team to keep their confidence and swagger right where it is.
whitesoxbrian
I want a split or a Tigers 3/4.
Sox It To Em
I'm hoping the Twins take three or four or sweep. I'm sorry, but the Tigers are the team that still scares me.

But in the end, I would also like to see the twins bury the tigers a little deeper.
Buehrle>Wood
Am I the only one who wants a sweep? Much preferably the Twins over the Tigers. It would make this a two team race and I would love our odds. I'd rather not let the Tigers keep hanging around.
Harry Chappas
You want the home team to win as to not give to great an advantage to the other.
joejoedairy
The Twins always give us problems even if they arent good. We beat the Tigers regularly. Gimme the Tigers
flavum
QUOTE (joejoedairy @ Jul 10, 2008 -> 12:31 PM) The Twins always give us problems even if they arent good. We beat the Tigers regularly. SoxFan1
QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 10, 2008 -> 01:44 PM) vs Twins 7-4 vs. Tigers 5-4 Those numbers don't tell the entire story. We were amazing vs the Tigers for the 1st 6 and then they swept us at home after our 8 game win streak IIRC. The Twins always play us much harder. tonyho7476
QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 10, 2008 -> 12:44 PM) vs Twins 7-4 vs. Tigers 5-4 We have to play the Twins, at that garbage dome, at the end of the month. we play better at Tiger Stadium, so I want the Tigers to win 3 of 4, while we lose NONE! greg775
I'd like to see us keep winning and the Tigers get buried deeper as somebody else said. It'd be nice to take it one team at a time in burying.
Pants Rowland
So it's official, we want the Twins and Tigers to both lose all four and then spontaneously combust.

Sounds good to me. Maybe the Metrodome could also somehow implode, or maybe turn into a non-crappy stadium?
Harry Chappas
Sox play at Minnesota 7 more times and none at home Sox play at Detroit 3 more times and at home 6 more times.
BigSqwert
I'd like to see the series split this weekend with each game going 17 innings or more.
flavum
Twins tied up the Tigers in the 9th, still batting. I'm sorry, but I'm taking this as a good thing.
LosMediasBlancas
The team that scares me the most on paper is the Tigers. The team that defies logic year after year and will hang on til the bitter end will be the Twins. Book it.
