I'm not going ot lie fathom. I just went through about 20 pages and you were the one hammering the deal more than almost anyone. Although in general, I was one of the only people actually supporting the move and it had to do with having inside info. That and I liked the idea of getting two good arms for 1.

Hopefully I was in there saying that Masset's fastball is nowhere near 96-98 mph.

I'm surprised Danks is in. I'd have shut him down and called it a first half of the season. He's been absolutely tremendous the past couple weeks though (getting deep into games and giving up very few runs). After this start, I'm calling him the biggest snub of the All Star Game.

I agree, bring in Dotel or Thornton.

Me too, althought I guess he has the ASB to rest. I figure if you're going to take him out for the Cubs game, which was close and arguably was one of the biggest reasons we lost that game, why would you leave him in for this one, when we've got a big lead?

I didn't see much on Masset. I think there was another thread cause I remember commenting a lot on Masset and all I saw was 1 post from me in the entire thread (which is rare for a 60 page thread).

I think its a blessing no White Sox pitcher is in the ASG. Let them rest. I just hope Danks can keep it up in the second half. It soon will be territory he's never been in innings-wise, and he's going to have to be sharp.

Me too. Definite snub of Danks, but oh well. Especially if this team goes to the playoffs.

Yeah, not much. However, there was a lot of hate on floyd for a thread about danks.

Danks should have been gone after the double. Why have him throw pitches in a gmae with a 6 run lead (especially when most of the 2nd half Danks is gonna be in a new position when it comes to workload).

Maybe he wants it, bad.

On a sidenote, for anyone who wants to search big ass threads like that, here's my suggestion. Click on the options and look at the print version (it puts everything in one massive page) and than run a search for your username.
