whitesoxbrian
Good to see we now lack in the 5 aspects of the game- hitting, fielding, pitching, managing, and speed.
Brian
Ha Ha. Hawk still complaining about that call to Boone. What an amateur announcer.

whitesoxbrian
QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jul 21, 2008 -> 09:30 PM) This team f***ing blows right now. We can't even beat s***ty teams. This will go un-noticed, and yet when I say "THIS.TEAM.IS.DEAD", I get ripped for it. Since I said that, we're 2-6 (after this L).
whitesoxbrian
QUOTE (tommy @ Jul 21, 2008 -> 09:31 PM) Where the f*** is Linebrink? Oh you didn't hear? His arm fell off that Saturday game in KC.

justBLAZE
IF this continues, this could be a very very ugly ending to the month of July. AWAY at Minny and Detroit.

southsideirish71
Man we have this swinging for the fences crap down to a science. Upper cut it and watch it get caught on the track. Line drives are for pussies, chicks dig the long ball.
whitesoxbrian
Rip me all you want- We suck. Now we'll go out and win tomorrow and you'll say "WE SUCK, good call, you're an idiot" and so on- GREAT, WE BEAT THE RANGERS, THEY SUCK HARD ON THE ROAD AND WE SHOULD HAVE SWEPT THEM. EXCEPT THEY HAD WALTER JOHNSON ON THE MOUND TODAY AND WE HAVE A BUNCH OF BUMS AT THE PLATE. Pedro Martinez is on the mound again tomorrow for Texas. Yet you bow down to Texas and their hitting coach, and all of their runs tonight have scored via the longball. A 3 run homer after the previous batter walked on a pitch called a strike to every other hitter, and a 2 run homer after a pop up that found a nice place to land (I still wonder where Cabrera was going),
EvilJester99
I am just wondering when these guys will ever realize this softball mentality won't work.
Cochise
We've been streaky all season, but it was the offense's fault when we lost. Now however, the pitching looks like garbage (both starting pitching and the pen). I am very worried about this team. I have a bad feeling our best days this season are behind us. Hopefully they'll get it together.
