joejoedairy
QUOTE (JPN366 @ Jul 22, 2008 -> 12:38 AM) Cole is a big strong kid. He's got light tower power, but not a good average hitter. I believe Ozzie was very high on him this spring. Probably gonna be the backup catcher next year if he keeps hitting this well. Hes also hitting 444 for the 3 weeks hes been in charlotte
Ozzie Ball
Dexter Carter with a nice start, 5 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 4 K He's been looking pretty good all year (2.81 ERA, 25.2 IP, 35K/11BB)
Ozzie Ball
QUOTE (joejoedairy @ Jul 22, 2008 -> 07:49 AM) I believe Ozzie was very high on him this spring. Probably gonna be the backup catcher next year if he keeps hitting this well. Hes also hitting 444 for the 3 weeks hes been in charlotte The only problem with him is that he hits lefty and his batting average against righties is .083 this year at Charlotte. So not the ideal backup for A.J.

So not the ideal backup for A.J. That's actually not bad, that means that AJ can sit against lefties and he can play
