He has become a better "pitcher", FWIW.

He is a more "democratic" pitcher with the ground outs and fly outs. STrikeouts are fascist.

Agreed. In '05 he was a thrower. A really good thrower, but still a thrower. Now he is a pitcher. He isn't as overpowering or dominant, but he's better at getting guys out.
