DrunkBomber
QUOTE (MHizzle85 @ Aug 8, 2008 -> 07:34 PM) Crummy product because 2 players have left to play overseas? Gonna need more evidence than that. I do agree that the NFL is the #1 sport in the United States. Throw the games being fixed into the equation for the NBA then. Is that based on the Donaghy deal or the on-going myth that NBA games are fixed?

Donaghy was fixing games so how is that a myth? He admitted it.

I meant the belief that some people have that all NBA games are fixed.
DrunkBomber
Its based on the combination of it becoming public that games have been fixed, including play off games and that not only have a few players gone overseas to play but that there have been talks about LeBron going overseas after his contract is up as well. Swingandalongonetoleft
Only NFL game I've been to was a Bears blowout of Seattle in their Super Bowl year. It was fun, but I'd rather be at a Sox or Cubs game without a doubt. I sat in the upper tank that night and saw two fools tumble down the stairs in my section, and IIRC some tard jumped into the lake afterwards. IMO baseball is hella better live than football, and I'd rather see a regular season baseball game than be at the Super Bowl.
