whitesoxbrian
QUOTE (knightni @ Aug 10, 2008 -> 04:00 PM) KC might actually win this thing... My little league team 10 years ago could have already won this game. Minnesota nor KC deserves it. 1 out already. Yoda
It's going to be a roller coaster ride in the standings unless the Sox or Twins can put together a good string of wins. Let's hope it's the Sox who can catch on fire.
WilliamTell
The Twins now have a 9 game homestand with the Yankees, Mariners, and A's. Hopefully the Yankees can do some damage to the Twins because I don't see the Mariners having a repeat of last week and the A's are not playing very good ball as of late. WilliamTell
QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Aug 11, 2008 -> 03:45 AM) what's that make the Sox then? Sox - 39-18 at home Twins - 39-21 at home That's surprising that we have a better record at home. Since June 1st the Twins are 23-7 at home, the White Sox are 27-9 at home. I didn't realize we've been that good at home.
Yoda
If you want to look at home field advantage stands, then just about every team in the AL has an above average record at home with the exception of KC, Cleveland, and Seattle. Funny how a friendly audience can do a team some good.
