WIKIPEDIA is on point.

four home runs in a row by consecutive batters has only occurred six times in the history of Major League Baseball. Following convention, this is called back-to-back-to-back-to-back. Twice it has happened against one pitcher, most recently by the Chicago White Sox against the Kansas City Royals on August 14th, 2008 in U.S. Cellular Field. Jim Thome, Paul Konerko, Alexei Ramirez and Juan Uribe all hit home runs against pitchers Joel Peralta and Robinson Tejada consecutively.
