coming into today, OBP .371, SLG .511, OPS+ 129...

I know he gets on base a ton, but then why does Swisher get ripped on here so much?

To have your AVG at .258 a week ago and now it's under .250 is a shame.

BTW- guess what I'm eating? Cooooooooooooookie Crisp.

I like Swisher a lot, but his numbers are down, and his OPS+ is 100, which is average, also his slugging is a lot lower than Jim's at .412. Still, Swisher tore it up in June and is playing CF basically full time. I expected more from him this year, but hopefully he will continue to see a ton of pitches and contribute down the stretch

Swisher should be starting and Griffey and Konerko should be platooning. Swisher's versatility should get him the consistent at-bats.

I again will state that Broadway's day is nice regardless as the defense has let him down.

I agree with you 100% about Swisher getting the vast majority of ABs between those 3

I'm not able to watch this game....can only see the details on ESPN Gamecast. But Paulie got an infield hit????? Wheels baby!!!! That man got some speed!!!!!!

Hit it pretty softly in the hole between SS and 3B and the SS dove and bobbled it.
