Rex Hudler
Scocia pick someone OTHER than Loaiza to start the ASG! :fyou Mike Scocia :fyou Jason Giambi A good start for Esteban will take care of that tomorrow night. If he has an iffy start tomorrow night, then someone else may be picked.
DonkeyKongerko
I think losing to the Tigers no matter how well he pitches will be considered "iffy".
greg775
Oh well at least we won the season series with the Cubs. That's all we judge our season on in the eyes of Reinsdork, I guess. Again ... somebody should be fired or let go tonight.
Molto
Moyer is 40-years old, has had a good career, yet is making his first ever all start appearance, he can very well be picked if Loaiza has a bad start. as far as Halladay? he isn't pitching at all. greg775
The fact Carl Everett is one of our all stars shows what a dysfunctional season this has been. He oughta wear a Texas uniform.

MLB told Halladay he had to pitch 1 inning. But I wouldn't expect him to start.

I think it is crap that Toronto wanted to pitch him before and after the game and make him sit out.

Molto
greg, this team is NOT dysfunctional! nor is anything of the sort related to their problems. they simply have no consistency on the offensive end and are far too concerned with hitting homers. one guy on the team of late who I have liked offensively is Everett as he's hit the ball hard every at bat. I'd rather have that then the popups of Carlos Lee and Jose Valentin. all these two guys need is one homer for them to try to hit a homer for the next 30 at bats after. YASNY
The fact Carl Everett is one of our all stars shows what a dysfunctional season this has been. He oughta wear a Texas uniform. With all the flack that Buehrle caught over the St. Louis comments, I'd hate to hear what the mood of this board would be if Everett wore another teams uni while a memeber of the White Sox. I thought they have special AL All-Star uniforms!? I recall the announcement a while back as we roundly booed the decision.

I think they still wear their team's hat, though.
