Honorable Mention

How can Carlos Quentin not be on the list when guys like Robinson Cano are at least mentioned in the honorable mention category? I surely would understand him not being in the top 25 maybe, but come on no mention at all of a 25-year-old leading the majors in HRs and poised for a .300/40/120 season who just is getting healthy. It boggles my mind that Dan Uggla (28 years old), Dustin Pedroia (25 years old) and even Matt Wieters (who despite his minor league greatness has done nothing in the majors) can be on the list but no CQ. Am I wrong here or did BP drop the ball?

This is Q's first year of actually producing. Hopefully he continues to produce for years and is on next years list.

Yea, I think it is understandable...even though we here on Soxtalk have...(how do I say it) "Prematurely shot our wads on what was supposed to be a dry run" we sure do not have a mess on our hands...

hmm...what?
