WilliamTell
If we win today, that's 2 in a row, if we win tomorrow, it's called a winning streak, it has happened before. Should be a tough game against Lee, let's get a win!

shipps
I have a feeling one day there are going to be alot of man crushes on Clayton Richard.Maybe his numbers havent progressed with every start but his mound presence has looked better every start. Heads22
Clayton Richard vs Cliff Lee This smacks of a 6-1 Sox win.
Kyyle23
QUOTE (shipps @ Sep 1, 2008 -> 10:42 AM) I have a feeling one day there are going to be alot of man crushes on Clayton Richard.Maybe his numbers havent progressed with every start but his mound presence has looked better every start. His funky motion will either be his blessing or his curse, IMO. Lots of times guys like that get out of whack with thier motion and lose the plate or lose movement on their pitches(Zito, Willis), and others perfect the motion and use it to their advantage(Randy Johnson). Hopefully Richard falls into the latter category, even though he doesnt have the heat that Johnson has
elrockinMT
Lee can be beaten as evidenced with his two prior loses. We can make it three. Main thing is to stay close like 1-1 or something and then get to their pen Edited September 1, 2008 by elrockinMT
Jake
We're the right kind of lineup to get him out of the game early, even if it isn't by virtue of run scoring. We can at least work his pitch count to get him out of the game before the game ends.
Brian
What an epic match up between two pitchers who have each only lost 2 games all season! Wow!

Whitewashed in '05
This is gonna be a tough tough game. The only thing we can ask is for Richard to keep it close. If we get Lee out of the game in the 6th inning we have a chance although Lee has gotten deep into games all season long.
whitesoxfan101
Clayton beat King Felix in a game where I thought we had no shot. Now, with that in mind, I still think we'll lose tonight, but hopefully I'm wrong again!!
