southsideirish71
So we get 2 hits in the first inning. What inning will it be before we get our 3rd hit.

JohnCangelosi
I know Nathan just did it the other day for the L, but that throw by Richard is exactly what the Twins DON'T do on a regular basis. That was HORRIBLE
WilliamTell
Those Crede splits are horrible. It's obvious he's late, let Uribe play.

MurcieOne
OC didn't even see the ball into his barehand, I can't say I've ever seen anything like that before.
JohnCangelosi
Is it just me or does Richard just throw the SAME pitch everytime?

fathom
QUOTE (JohnCangelosi @ Sep 2, 2008 -> 01:07 AM) Is it just me or does Richard just throw the SAME pitch everytime? Yeah, he's pretty brutal. Every pitch is from the same arm angle. His offspeed pitchers are disgustingly mediocre.

Jake
Pretty good piece of hitting really. Had he swung and missed we would have said great pitch.

bigruss
I feel like Fransisco and Gutierrez kill us everytime we play them. I havent seen to much of us vs. the Indians this year, but i remember the two years before that they jsut mashed vs. us, maybe im wrong though. southsideirish71
Can we get someone up. Whats the point in having the call ups. BTW if Swisher is going to hit like s***. I would rather have Anderson and his D out in CF over General Soreness and Kid Comic.
fathom
Richard will make a good 6th/7th inning reliever down the road. It's just when teams see him the second time through the lineup, they realize he's just not very good.
JohnCangelosi
Well, the Twins have 3 games left on this road trip where we were supposed to gain ground and we're all even. I can't say I am surprised. We definitely have to be the underdog going down the stretch in my opinion.
Flash Tizzle
Richard is not anything but a temporary fix. I'm sorry White Sox, you'll have to produce a #5 starter better than this guy.
WilliamTell
Yeah the Twins are 5-6 on their road trip, which isn't bad. Unfortunately we haven't played very well.

With the Sox having 3 games remaining at Minnesota, you have to think we'll have to win 2 of 3 there.
southsideirish71
QUOTE (Flash Tizzle @ Sep 1, 2008 -> 06:16 PM) Richard is not anything but a temporary fix. I'm sorry White Sox, you'll have to produce a #5 starter better than this guy. Well Broadway is terrible. You should just bring up Poreda and see if he can get the ball over the plate. His secondary stuff might not be there, but at least he has a plus pitch. Broadway and Richard have no plus pitches.
