elrockinMT
This weekend appears to have the Sox with two nationally broadcast games. Fox on Saturday and ESPN on Sunday night. Let's cheer for wins

DABearSoX
QUOTE (Wanne @ Sep 12, 2008 -> 07:32 PM) Seriously...I always get dicked when FOX carries them since they're not on Extra Innings. Yep...just checked I get the Mets game on Saturday....i don't think I have gotten one FOX sox game this season...I used to hate it when I had extra innings...now I hate it even more that I don't... greg775
If the games aren't rained out Saturday, do you agree these 2 combined with the Twins' two could be the entire season? Will the race be decided Saturday and Sat night?
claydude14
So if the start times supposed to be for FOX, how would that allow enough time for Game 2? Hopefully the double header bumped it OFF FOX!
CaliSoxFanViaSWside
Great now it looks as if both games will be blacked out. (don't quote me on this )
The Critic
I'm going to hold my rage, since both games will likely be rained out anyway.
FlaSoxxJim
QUOTE (DABearSoX @ Sep 12, 2008 -> 04:29 PM) Yep...just checked I get the Mets game on Saturday....i don't think I have gotten one FOX sox game this season...I used to hate it when I had extra innings...now I hate it even more that I don't... I'm in the same boat on the east coast. The Yankees/Mets/Sawx love pretty much ensures that my FOX will not pick up the White Sox games, and my Extra Innings doesn't help a lick. Realistically, for Chicagoans on the ground. . . What are the chances of getting either game in today?
scenario
QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Sep 13, 2008 -> 08:40 AM) Realistically, for Chicagoans on the ground. . . What are the chances of getting either game in today? The weather charts are not promising. I live about an hour northwest of Chicago and we've had non-stop rain for the last 12 hours. And the forecast for the rest of the day says 90% chance of precipitation. There is a chance of it letting up a little this evening, but who knows what type of condition the field will be in. Funny thing is that this entire upcoming week looks beautiful... low 70's and sunny... starting on Monday of course.
WSoxMatt
They are going to do everything possible to get at least 1 game in today
JohnCangelosi
I am not a weatherman but it appears as if the big rain should be gone around game time: http://www.weather.com/weather/map/interac...pnav_undeclared After that it appears there will be scattered showers but let's cross our fingers and hope it misses us. elrockinMT
I have been on-line seeing about Chitown weather. Nothing is saying we are rained out yet so I am hoping we get to see this game played Edited September 13, 2008 by elrockinMT
