AssHatSoxFan
I ran across this article on ESPN and i think they truly show that Thomas is one of the best players of the 1990s http://espn.go.com/mlb/columns/neyer_rob/1578982.html
Tenacious PW
I don't think that the fact he was one of the best players in the 90's is under question. It's what he has done recently that gives him a bit of a bad rep.
mreye
I've always liked Rob Neyer. He does a good job.
southsider2k5
Heck outside of a couple of player possibly, who else could you even put in Franks category?
witesoxfan
Heck outside of a couple of player possibly, who else could you even put in Franks category? I don't think there is anyone you can put in Frank's category, period. Thomas was a guy who just mashed the crap out of the ball, and he put up some very good power numbers along with a mind-boggling K-BB ratio, an incredible OBP, and an incredible OPS(I believe it is top 10 all-time....that's saying something). There aren't many that come along that are as great as Frank has been.
