fathom
QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Sep 25, 2008 -> 01:45 AM) He has given up an infield single, a bunt single, and a bloop base hit this inning And was 5 feet away from being down 4-0 in the first inning. Every fastball he's thrown has been up in the zone.
caulfield12
34 pitches for four outs. Typical Twins dinks, dunks and gorks. Then, of course, Mauer and Morneau are looming. It's almost like a nightmare. And our bullpen isn't good enough to go for 4-5 innings and stay even with the Twins. We'll see how this missed called impact the inning. Bases loaded versus runner on 1st and one out. Same thing happened last time in Minnesota. Edited September 25, 2008 by caulfield12

Every fastball he's thrown has been up in the zone. Folks, this is the start AFTER the start on 3 days rest. This is the same one he got lit up on the last time he went on 3 days. Once again, Ozzie and Cooper juggled their rotation so that Danks would not pitch in this series and everone else would go on 3 days rest at least once. Still dumb. fathom
Gomez left hand was on the bag, but you can't see that from the angle they're showing. 8 of the 12 Twins hitters have reached so far.
MexSoxFan#1
DJ is right, the outfield needs to play in on every hitter cept mauer, morneau and kubel to take away those cheap hits they get

Brian
Does anyone on our team besides Thome wanna man up and play? Nobody wants to get a clutch hit and nobody wants to pitch an inning with no trouble.

Yep, one of the dumbest decisions a manager can make is to put his team on a 4 man rotation. Does it ever work?
