CaliSoxFanViaSWside
Wow just got back from work and put on the game and heard KC beat MN again. The division is all gift wrapped with a big bow on it. Do we take it ?
fathom
Uribe swung at that pitch like he had an 0-2 count on him or given a hit-and-run sign. WAKE THE f*** UP OFFENSE!

caulfield12
Is anyone surprised to see us looking flat against a guy with a 6+ ERA so far?

caulfield12
Jackson can't throw anything inside for a strike against the Sox RH batters. But I'm not sure if that will help us...what happens here? Anderson hits a bomb or Cabrera gets thrown out stealing and is decked by Dye in the dugout? So much for that. The old BA is back. Dick Allen
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Sep 27, 2008 -> 06:39 PM) Swisher hitting a robust .202 from the right side. Just wow. Since hitting 2 homers and driving in 5 against the Tribe on June 30th, Swisher is hitting .198.
zenryan
only a handful of games left in the BA era. Thank goodness. He's got the same swing no matter the situation or pitch location.

G&T
2nd time through the order Jackson has a .303 BA against with a .370 OBP. So next inning, let's get at it.
southsideirish71
The fact that our manager thinks that hitting Brian Anderson 2nd is a good idea, is scary. I want him playing, he should be a tad further down the lineup. I would rather have Alexei there. I tend to agree, but this team isn't exactly the most versatile ever...we have a ton of 6-spot hitters.

He hasn't come through recently, but he's a guy who needs to be in those spots.
